🚀 Nexeo is looking for an Agile Product Owner – Digital Channels

To support a major digital transformation within customer and employee-facing channels (Web & Mobile), we are looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner to join a Channels & Customer Experience tribe.

You will operate in a fully agile environment, acting as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-value digital solutions across multiple domains (Daily Banking, Lending, Investments, Insurance).

• You will work as a consultant on a strategic digital transformation program.
• Long-term assignment (12 months+) within a large and complex organization.
• Hybrid working model: 50% onsite / 50% remote.
• Exposure to large-scale digital channels (Web & Mobile).
• A key role combining product vision, stakeholder management and agile delivery.

Your role

As an Agile Product Owner, you will:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Build, manage and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
• Plan iterations and define priorities to maximize business value delivery.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, Test Labs).
• Guarantee product consistency, quality and functional coherence.
• Act as decision-maker or functional authority on delivered features.
• Adjust sprint scope when needed and ensure overall product alignment.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience as Product Owner / Functional Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum mindset is essential).
• Experience in Project & Budget Management.
• Knowledge of complex business environments.
• Experience in digital projects (Web & Mobile).
• Banking sector knowledge is a plus.
• Product Owner certification is an advantage.

Business & technical knowledge

Mandatory:

• Agile methodologies
• Understanding of digital customer channels
• Stakeholder management

Nice to have:

• Mobile expertise
• Experience in financial services products (Daily Banking, Lending, Investments, Insurance)

Languages

• Dutch or French: Good knowledge (at least one local language mandatory)
• English: Professional working proficiency
